I J C Group’s very own Carla Kimsey; Carla helped save a medical facility from losing tens of thousands of dollars. She contacted the insurance companies and had them pay back the medical treatments that went unpaid. Carla taught the employees at this facility how to properly bill these big insurance companies so they never lose out on another dollar. Carla has worked for several years as a paralegal for prominent successful law firms.
Carla Kimsey is a successful nutrition coach. As someone who has personally struggled with diets and nutrition, and having a healthy relationship with food; I know how difficult it can be to reach fitness goals in a sustainable and lasting way. Studying with ISSA and receiving my certification in nutrition, as well as testing training and nutrition methods on myself, has given me the knowledge to effectively create workout programs and nutrition recommendations to help clients achieve their goals! I have learned that getting my clients the optimal results of losing fat and gaining lean muscle is best done through a balanced diet and a progressive exercise program. I am not here to give you any "magical" diet or exercise that will give you instant results, but to help YOU reach YOUR fitness goals in a way that nourishes and respects your body!

I J C Group’s very own Jessica McKinnon; Jessica has worked for several years in organizing and assisting office staff. From restaurant, real estate to government she has consistently brought the teams to peak performance. Jessica’s organizational skills, brightened professional attitude, fosters success in the overall structure and harmony of the company every time. Jessica has worked for several years as a General manager for a large successful company in Florida Panhandle.  Jessica's most sought after talent and organization skills, make her an extreme talented benefit for the entire business.
Jessica is IJC's right hand.  She is the balance with in our company. 

I J C Group’s very own Indi Fratarcangelo;  Over the past several years Indi has worked diligently to help other business owners become increasingly successful. She opened a business in a new market and achieved a million dollar in sales, the first year, also using her skills as a Master Certified Life Coach.
Indi's sales and management training and experience that delivers optimum performance increased profits and revenue with a strong culture. A win-win-win situation every time.   
Who for over 12 years has been working with Individuals, families, and group settings. To bring hope, identity and clear vision. That overcomes life’s challenges.
Supporting the Community;  Indi has for several years worked in the prison and jail ministry. Visiting nursing homes to spread the joy of fellowship with others.  Indi, through her reaching out to others and caring for others is how she received what God revealed in her own heart a new and deeper understanding of His love.
Indi received her Master Life coach Certification from Life coach Institute of Orange County. Indi is an author, speaker who motivates and challenges you by promoting well-being, physically, spiritually and financially.
